Native to the Greenville area, Eric has experienced the Greenville Metro transition into one of the hottest micro cities in the US. Eric is often described as “having the patience of Job”. Eric has almost 10 years experience in real estate combined as a certified residential appraiser and Realtor. His experience as a Realtor and Appraiser will meet your real estate needs with knowledge and attention to detail.
Eric attended Winthrop University, working while in college as a salesman at an outdoor outfitter. After college Eric moved to Charlotte to become a store manager and buyer for the same outdoor outfitter, Alanby. He is still an avid outdoorsman enjoying mountain biking, hiking, skiing, and the occasional rock climb. While living in Chicago, Eric grew to really appreciate “green space” within a city environment and its positive effects on people. He is still very enthusiastic talking about the “green space” along Chicago’s Lake Michigan shoreline. When returning to Greenville, Eric got actively involved in the development of the Swamp Rabbit Trail knowing what a major positive impact this project would have on the Greenville Metro.
Eric also has experience working in the dental supply business servicing dentist in the Greenville area. Eric’s diverse background as a professional combined with his love to experience other cultures allows him to relate and have common ground with anyone.
